ROAD BIKE ROUTES:
The excursions are guided and can be: "easy" (20-30 km); "medium difficulty" (40-70 km); difficult (80-100 km) and very difficult (120-150 km) for who is very trained, the hills are never too steep.

THE ROADS OF GREAT WINE BAROLO

The tours take place in the magnificent countryside around Barolo pedal through quiet roads and magnificent views through the vineyards and castles of Barolo, La Morra, Verduno, Novello. You will discover the Barolo hills and the villages where life proceeds in a natural balance between nature, art ad culture. The terrain is mostly rolling to hilly with climbs ranging from 4 to 7 km in length.

THE MONREGALESE AND HIGH LANGA, BETWEEN ART AND NATURE

Pedal in the crestline roads of Alta Langa, visiting Mondovi Piazza and the Monregalese, the Vicoforte Sanctuary, the San Fiorenzo chapel at Bastia, the St Mary of Pesio's Carthusian monastero, this quiet and uncontaminated corner of Piemonte, splendid scenery, fertile valleys, peaceful, forests, hazel trees, quiet roads. In these easy itineraries of the sweet hills of Roero you can cycle between the typical geological formations "Le Rocche", reaching the castles and the towers of Guarene, Castellinaldo, Magliano Alfieri, Govone, Vezza d' Alba, Baldissero, Guarene, Ponticello d’Alba, Santa Vittoria.

FROM THE SEA TO THE LANGHE

For the more trained cyclists it is possible to organize excursions in laps starting from the sea of the Liguria to the hills of the Langa or vice versa, through the impassable and curving streets of the Alpi del Mare.

The excursions with the guide can be organised for a minimal number of 8 persons, for the groups with less than 8 persons the Association Colpo di Pedale will give you the description detailed of the itineraries, altimetries and maps.
The guides, careful and experts of the territory, will accompany to you along roads far from the traffic, where you will be able to cycle in tight contact with nature.
The best periods of the year for a bicycle holidays are from the middle of april to the end of October.
